Hello and welcome to another brand new year. I don't intend to write any long piece today. I just want to say that you should look at 2017 as another chapter in your life and every day, week and month of this year as pages you have to fill. Fill these "pages" with good memories and wise decisions.

TEMPTATION

First of all, good day to you all and thank you for clicking on my link; it means a lot to me. Please if you have the time, read my previous articles and let me know what you think. Today, will want to talk about a very important phenomenon that is common with both the male and female species that is, TEMPTATION . According to English Dictionary App, temptation is defined as “pressure applied to your thinking designed to create wrong emotions which will eventually lead to wrong actions”. I have come to agree with this particular definition because if you are a human being born of a man and woman, you will always feel the pressure to do the wrong thing because, whether you want to admit it or not, doing the wrong thing is more appealing than doing the right thing. We live in a world where we are attracted to what we see with our eyes and don’t care to listen to what our conscience is saying. The slogan “if it feels right, do it” is now the norm of the day. THE POWER DRUG

Hello once again, welcome to another day in the life. Hope you are doing alright? Today I want to talk about the POWER drug; the confidence little power can give to an individual. I am sure you might be asking, “What inspired this guy to write on this?” well, I just experienced something today and it brought back memories on my experiences with people who were given responsibilities and they saw it fit to use this responsibilities (authority) to abuse people; letting them know that “they run things” in their vicinity. Let’s take a few examples. Imagine a class representative using his position to intimidate girls to become his “girlfriends”. The class representative promises quick submission of their assignments or claims to have a good reputation with the lecturers and promises to switch papers or help her with her examinations if she agrees to be in a relationship with him. This guy also uses a similar technique on the guys to bring them under his control. It’s Scary huh?

UNCONDITIONAL

Hello folks, welcome to another time with yours truly. I want to write how grateful I am that you found the time of day to read my works. I am so grateful. The topic I want to write on today looks like the title of an 80’s Rhythm and Blues song but today, I want to talk about something that is starting to become a foreign concept in our society today. That is, “unconditional attachments”. If you go through the previous links in this blog, you will find that I have written similar topics to this but I just want to reiterate on this subject matter. As usual, I like to be balanced in all my write ups but I want to talk about how the balance of unconditional attachments has affected our society negatively.
